Sex Offender Program is a level 8 high-risk facility contracted with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. Sequel TSI of Kissimmee was established in 2001 and provides services to juveniles from and throughout the state of Florida who have been adjudicated and are in custody of the FL Department of Juvenile Justice.
