Vice President of Marketing
Mr. Payne is Vice President of Sequel Youth and Family Services. He began his career in childcare services in 1987 as a youth counselor at Charter Summit Hospital. He started in Business Development in 1991 for Charter Summit Hospital until 1993. Since that time Mr. Payne has held several positions from Regional Business Development Director to Vice President of Kids Behavioral Health, Vice President of Business Development for Horizon Health. Mr. Payne joined Sequel Youth and Family Services as Vice President of Business Development in 2007.
