Vice President of Utilization Review & Operations
Ms. Goldstein-Higgins joined Sequel as Vice President of Utilization Review & Operations in March 2011. Over the years, she has held several positions in the childcare industry. For 10 years she served as Executive Director of a 400 bed multi-campus PRTF program in Virginia. She also held the position of Director of Residential Services at Riverside Behavioral Health Center in Virginia. Ms. Goldstein-Higgins is well respected in areas of QA, UR, RM, Licensure and Joint Commission Regulators. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History with a Minor in Psychology from Queens College and her Master of Science degree in Art Therapy degree from Virginia Medical School.
