Founder and Co-Chairman
Mr. Shapiro is Chief Executive Officer of Sequel Youth and Family Services. He was a founding stockholder of YSI and served as the first Executive Director of Clarinda Academy, General Counsel, and later as Senior VP, Juvenile Justice Programs for YSI. In that capacity he oversaw 10 programs serving over 1,100 delinquent males and females, sex offenders, and juvenile detainees in residential, group home and community-based settings. Mr. Shapiro also has served as Assistant to the Director of Glen Mills Schools and has practiced law in Philadelphia.
